Reikai 0.3.2
Sep 4, 2026
Read before updating: this installs as a separate app and does not replace your current Reikai. Back up first, then follow the steps below to move your library across. Nothing is lost either way, your existing app keeps working until you remove it.
Changes
- This release cannot update your current Reikai, so it installs alongside it and you will need to move your library across. Reikai had been identifying itself to Android as Tachiyomi; it now uses its own identifier, and Android treats that as a different app.
Moving your library across
- Back up first from Settings > Data and storage > Backup and restore > Create backup, ticking "Include sensitive settings" so your tracker logins come with it. Everything else in the backup is included by default.
- Install this release, then choose the same storage folder when it asks. Your downloads, local source files and old backups are all in there, and it finds them again once you point at it.
- Restore that backup, then uninstall the old Reikai. Left installed, it will keep offering updates it can no longer install.
- Covers you set by hand are the one thing a backup cannot bring across. They live inside the old app and are removed with it, so set those again afterwards.
