Fixes
- Chapters now open again on sources that run their own JavaScript. Some sources decode their page list with an in-app JavaScript engine; a missing engine class made those chapters fail to open, and it is restored.
- Uninstalling a light-novel source works right after installing it. The trash button used to do nothing until you closed and reopened the app.
Other
- Synced upstream Mihon changes: dependency and tooling updates, the Shikimori tracker's new domain, and compatibility fixes for a newer XML library and Material components.
